What time do you weigh?

I'm just wondering what time ya'll weigh???

I try to weigh in the morning after using the restroom, and before I eat, but when I dont' have time and then get hungry, & go ahead & eat I dont' get to weigh or I feel like it isn't accurate...

What do ya'll do? What do you recommend???

    i do just what you said i get up every morning use the restroom then head to the kitchen for breakfast grab the scale from between the washer and dryer weigh and then i am in the kitchen so make my breakfast and get my lunch together. i do this daily i probable should not weigh every day but i am out of control=)

    I do it the same time as well. Texas girl here too! San Antonio. I'm in Japan right now but Texas is my real home.

    After I wake up, before breakfast, but after a big dump :laugh:

    I do it as soon as I get up, after I use the bathroom and before I eat. If I don't get a chance, I just put off the weigh in for another day.

    I do that same. After I get up and use the bathroom, but always before I eat.

    I weigh first thing in the morning after going to bathroom. You weigh the least at that time. :) If I do weigh any other time of day I just take it with a grain of salt and don't use it to actually show progress. Since your weight can fluctuate about 2lbs throughout the day.

    This is exactly what I do. If I mess up then I feel that I am not getting an accurate weight measurement. :)

    thanks ya'll.... I'm near Texarkana...
    I obsess about the scale a little too much, but yeah I want to weigh every day, but if I don't do it before I eat, then negativity tries to take over cause I'm more than my lowest...

    So I don't count it... thats why I dont' have any weigh-ins on here except the first day... I'll weigh in Thursday for sure, I'll just eat a little later...

    My body is a little weird where if I get busy too quick in the morning I don't "go" and then my weigh in is delayed... I don't like weighing with clothes, & with a house full of kids, I just don't take the time later in the day... I need to just quit obsessing about it!!!

    In one week, shouldn't the loss show up by day 5??? I'm getting bothered, cause it hasn't yet... I only have 2 days left... WATER, WATER, WATER!!!!! That will be my solution!
