Each persons body is different, some lose easier than others. Two weeks may just not be enough for you. There are a lot of factors, are you eating enough calories, under 1200 is not good, but some people need to eat way more than 1200. I use Blue Diamond almond milk, I use the original unsweetened one to minimize sugar intake. I prefer the Blue Diamond, I think it tastes better than the Silk brand.

I too struggle with moderation, I treat my self every other week, however that one treat meal usually spans over the entire weekend and then I am spending days working off the water weight. So I am trying to get my self under control and sometimes workout more to balance it out.

As long as you are eating at a deficit you will lose weight, slower yes but adding that walking will be bonus and very beneficial in more ways than one. It will surely help..... Happy walking!!!!!!

Based on your meals listed, I am not even sure you are hitting 1200 calories, especially if you are not weighing or even counting the amount of almonds you eat.
