You current plan of eating heavier in the days is a very good plan. My weigh in/measurement is on Wednesday and I a nervous as well. I have been completely clean last two weeks and I am hoping I have awesome results as well

I can't weight everyday, it would drive me crazy. If it affects your emotional state then I would work on minimizing to maybe once a week

I do a 6 AM class and I don't eat before and I workout just fine, but either way works for me, because when I do the 9 AM class I eat before and it works just as fine. Try doing it on an empty stomach and see how that feels, each one of us handles stuff differently Goodluck

I have three pair of new jeans in my closet that I haven't been able to wear because they can't pass my calves, and I have been so bummed about it, because I felt I wasn't losing any weight.....but now it seems my calves have just gotten bigger based on what you lovely ladies have been saying....That takes a load…

I workout 5 days a week...Monday - Wednesday...Rest Thursdays..Friday and Saturday then Rest Sunday!!!! I use to workout 6 days straight, but then I got really drained and felt exhausted all the time. Once I put in that extra rest day, felt a whole lot better

Lack of knowledge and believing they will get bulky!!!! I was content with just cardio until I tried P90X and now I am in Crossfit, there is no going back to just cardio for me. Almost a year and nowhere near being bulky!!!!!!

Good luck on your rowing. I too have started rowing each morning before my workouts as an extra calorie burner. I try to do 5x300 meter rows at a moderate pace, trying to build up my momentum, as I burn out easily when it is included in the workouts and I have to go faster, so working on my pace and cardio
