  • doing p90 with p90x I take in around 1700-2000 a day depending on the workout, if Im a little lazy with the workout Im consume less then I would if I bust my rump
  • Instead of counting carbs, try upping your calories, your eating at a near starvation level, which in turn slows down the metabolism. I dont ever suggest eating 20g a day for any period of time as you will be turning your body away from some very good sources of vitamins and nutrients in the vegetables and fruits we eat.…

  • Yep I did the 20 carb diet about 3 years ago and lost 40lbs in 2-3 months....wasnt very fun....back then I didnt know jack about food....now its totally different. Eat your veggies, have a few pieces of fruit a day, limit the amount of actual bread to maybe once a day and see the lbs melt off.
  • I can tell you if you stick with p90x you will get stronger, I made ti through the first phase before falling off the wagon.....I went from 0 dive bombers to doing 6-7 in just 4 weeks.....really is a great program....I'm going to start it again but am going to do regular p90 first so Im not as sore as I was before.
