  • Today I did some walking and biking and then went to the gym. This is going to be a no brainer! I'm more than surprised! Only 584 minutes to go!

  • Yesterday 40 minutes of running and today 3 h 50 min walking. What a way to spend those extra hours! At this rate I'm going this challenge is going to be sooo easy. I never thought I could do this kind of challenge but now it seems it is fairly easy for me. Who would've guessed.
  • 60 minutes of vigorous cleaning here too. I was really sweating and lifting heavy stuff so that has to be counted as exercise. :tongue:

  • I'm in! A bit late but I can mark the minutes I have already done this month so it's the same as if I started on 1st of July. So I have already done 57 minutes on the first day and yesterday I did 1 h 59 minutes more.
