Hiked this morning got in a tough 3 hours and 18 minutes!!!
PLEASE tell me how to do that ticker????? I need step by step instructions. But, i want to move a ticker every single day. yes, that will be fun!
Go to Tickerfactory.com Click on Exercise and Fitness. Then you can pick ur background, then you hit next, then you click on something you want to move, hit next then it asks you for a password, the Units (in this case Minutes), your current accumulative unit (how many min. you have done so far) Your target ( in this case 1440) and your message (mine is Julys 24 hour challenge) click the next button. It will give you two codes Highlight the first one right click the select copy. then come to MFP go to community and where it says signature and paste it to the bottom of your signature and click save. then everytime you change it u will need to enter ur password and update the miles. Some friends and I decided to walk to the fourth of July celebration rather than drive because traffic is a nightmare. Got an unexpected 8 miles of walking in on top of my bike ride. I don't want to seem like an exercise addict.0 -
I couldn't exercise at all for the first three days of June, but let's do this! I'm in! I won't be updating everyday though- I'll update when I weigh-in for the July Challenge, so every Friday.
