Yesterday 40 minutes of running and today 3 h 50 min walking. What a way to spend those extra hours! At this rate I'm going this challenge is going to be sooo easy. I never thought I could do this kind of challenge but now it seems it is fairly easy for me. Who would've guessed.0

oh man, i'm so cripple today, i ran a bunch [for me] on the treadmill and then met with a trainer for the first time who made me do sprints and squats and lunges and high knees and so much leg stuff back to back. i'm needing to do day 7 of the 30DS but i'm so sore!!!! but i don't want to start skipping days!

I'm really enjoying this challenge, it reminds me of when I first got my HRM, I kept pushing to get more mins/cals burned. Just to give an update on cals burned since 07/01, I'm at 2098.

I'm really loving this challenge! It pushes me to really exercise more to get those minutes in. On the days that I didn't do anything I feel like I have to go extra the next day to make up for it, which is a good thing!
