  • Sometimes we need to reassess our goals (after weight loss) which changes our Calorie intake. Sometimes we don't eat enough and our body goes into survival mode by storing food as fat.   • When I make any recipe I measure all the ingredients by calories, then divide the total by how many portions I can get out of it. Eg.
