Way to go DLJ! Did my test today, (7 in a row....but did do 8 sets) it happened to be a pushup workout at the gym. So I used that. I am really working on form and the gym standard is chest to floor (the app is not as strict). 7 is the most I have gotten in a row with good form and not doing the 'butt snake"! I appreciate…

So you really think as long as I stay at my calorie goal and lower my carbs in order to allow more fat, while meeting my protein goal....I could pull this off and drop some belly fat/body fat? This is much more motivating. I really always believed that one…

Ok recalculated based on sedentary job but doing Crossfit 4 days/week. Also recent mild knee injury. BMR 1440 TDEE 1971 TDEG 1614 Changed macro's. Now the hard part.....I am having a real hard time pulling back the fat and adding in more carbs. Hungry with less fat and bloated w/ more carbs. Calories are close.

Ok, I think I have my answer to the HIIT part....a Polar HR monitor. Now how to I calculate Olympic weightlifting days calories, or just assume that is captured in the 'moderate exercise' part of the TDEE equation?

possibly, that is part of my confusion. I am currently doing pretty consistent 5 days, sometimes 4 of Crossfit so feel I need the fuel. There is a competition beginning next week as well. Calorie restriction is something I would obviously prefer not to do.....I will need to continue to experiment and document.
