Tomorrow is basically a total restart for me. I've let myself make excuses, and not kept up on eating more veggies, cardio, drinking enough water, etc. I'm finishing weekly under calorie count, but still gaining because of the trash that I'm putting in my body. I wrote in the food notes of my diary today FIX THIS

I won't be able to sit that long in the theater, but I'll be doing a marathon at home & re-reading the books and then going to the midnight showing. I'm possibly having an endometrial ablation that monday, so I doubt sitting that long would be comfortable

Sorry for being MIA this past week, hopefully the coming week will be better. I think I hit water goal 3 times, came close to cardio minutes, and finished under for the week

Restaurant meal-size salads in general. I used to think I was being healthy ordering a salad when I ate out, but then discovered I was eating more than 1200 calories in the salad, when I could get a steak & veggies for under 700

have you considered water classes? I take both water walking and water aerobics - they both burn a decent amount of calories and cause less stress on the joints
