I workout at home following bodybuilding.com, or with workouts like T25, Body Beast and Hammer and Chisel. Very effective for any fitness level. Good luck!! What kind of recipes are you looking for? I can prob pull some out if my whole food cook book. But i didnt know if you may be vegitarian or have any intolerances?

Well, It all depends I guess. Im still friends with some of my EX's so Id expect my self and them to be just as understanding
