drink lots of water.... anytime you feel hungry, have 8oz of water and wait 10 minutes then reassess your hunger. if you are still hungry, have a small snack and another 8oz of water with it. the water will help trick your brain into feeling fuller longer, plus you are drinking more H2O which is always good. best of luck

i am a meat eater myself and i find that lower carb works better for me. of course some cheat days are ok every once in a while because we are all human. but getting rid of carbs tends to get rid of processed foods. protein and fats as opposed to carbs helps you feel full longer since it takes more for your body to break…

As with anything, it is going to be different for everyone... there are a ton of different ways for IF and for having caffeine being a diuretic and blah blah blah... so whatever you feels works for you do it... there isnt one set way for everyone... good luck and i hope you find your IF balance that works

also make sure you try to lose the weight not loose it! you are doing a lot of activity each week with not enough rest and not enough food. try and do 3 days then a rest day then 2 days... this will give you more energy and your body wont be as burned out.
