I'm 5'2" - I normally take in around 1200, but sometimes I go as low as 800 when I'm not hungry. I started at 205lbs and my goal is 115 at the moment :3

When I was 205, I was in a size 16. (I'm 5'2"). I'm in a size 15 now at 180, but I can fit into a 14 or 13, depending on the stretch and the make of the jeans.

The only reason I don't like treadmills is because they hurt my knees! But honestly, I prefer outdoor training. I'd rather go hiking than go on a stairmaster. :)

My parents do this too! The Solution I came up with is to put it up high and it'll be out of eye level. Out of sight, out of mind! :D

I have a major sweet tooth as well. There are diet ice creams (Skinny Cow/Weight Watchers) that taste really good as well as candies made by those brands. I drink Sobe Lifewater as well, since I used to drink soda and I can't seem to get away from sweet drinks as well as I hoped. You can also try the 100 Calorie Right Bite…
