I used tins of baked beans or tomatoes until i managed to buy some weights. ended up managing to get a pair of hand weights for £2!!!!

1 can of chopped tomatoes any veg you have (broccoli, celery, carrots anything) onions and garlic cook the whole lot then blitz it. it's really rich and tastes soooo good

100% hes amazing. When I first started dieting he did it with me for the first few weeks and if it wasnt for that I dont think I would have stuck to it. I couldnt ask for a more supportive boyfriend.
