Level 1 really hurt my knees if i'm honest. I did 5 days and it got quite bad, had a 2 day rest, did 3 more days then went onto level 2 which was fine so i did 12 days on level 2. I can totally relate lol. Luckily my 1 year old finds squats funny and will just stand there laughing at me. If I tried to do sit ups around her though I'd be used as a trampoline!!!

i weigh in everyday at the same time. i only count it once a week on weigh in day as my weight can fluctuate, but its good as it keeps me on track. if it goes up a bit i know i need to be extra good and hopefully the next day it will show

lol!!!! i'm on 1200 too but do some form of exercise everyday so i can eat a little more. i think i found myself really hungry when i started, but i think that was more the fact that i wasnt eating things like bread/pasta etc. I'm totally used to it now and find it hard to eat more than that as i get stuffed so easily
