Hey curly wurly. I've been eating my exercise calories, so I'm definitely not going into starvation mode. Muscle is a possibility alright. I think I might be struggling with the water element as I'm finding it difficult to drink my water allowance for the day since upping my exercise. Weird, I know! Congratulations on…

It's 50 x 4 I'm afraid. I haven't even started mine yet!

I'm going to post because I said I would. I'm exactly the same weight now as I was when I started. I lost 2lb the first week then stayed the same then gained 1 then gained 1. Funny part is, I stayed under calorie goal and upped my exercise by almost double. So I'm disappointed to say the least. I have however, insisted on…

I think you are going to need to give it more than two days. Everyone has fluctuations on a daily basis. You should really only weigh in weekly at most.

My tuppence....... you need to drink more water. I notice a shift in my weightloss when I drink plenty of water.

My stomach is feeling the effects of the Burpees today! I'm going to take it fairly easy today. I want to run for 28mins tomorrow and my knee is starting to play up! ................. what's today's challenge....... oh, push-ups. WE CAN DO IT!!

Rachypompa - I bought trail mix and sesame sticks to snack on. The trail mix is particularly good and just a small amount bumps up the calories. I'll be mad if I don't lose this week because I didn't eat enough!! Although each day I had a gross of at least 1200, I stuck to that to be sure. Here's hoping!

Rest, Ice, Elevation and when it's starting to feel better and you are thinking of going out, strap it up first.

I record shows off the tv and do them at home. I'd never remember everything otherwise.

You look fantastic! What an inspiration!

Maybe if you try something that burns but is more calming at the end of the day. I love Yoga for the end of the day. If my workouts are running late I try and finish with a low energy yoga, or some meditation or relaxation (I have NO DVD's I just record them from the Fitness TV channels, especially for this purpose). It…

That sounds amazing!!! I'd love to do it but we have nothing like that here!

I'm doing good I think! I'm getting all the physical stuff done, although I was absolutely wrecked yesterday because the extra 1 mile landed on my C25K day! and I forgot I promised my 4 year old I'd take him swimming too. On the up side, I burned over 1000 calories! I'm struggling with eating them all though. I'm eating…

Good on you Sunshinemonkey! The most important thing you can learn is picking yourself up and carrying on. Well done! I'm starting to become convinced that challenges have the opposite affect on me than I planned. I'm not too worried about the weight goal now though because I FEEL good and that should be all that matters!…

Parents should be educated in eating healthily so that they are capable of doing all you suggest. I'm pretty sure that most of the people on MFP learned a lot about eating healthily that they would have preferred to learn from their parents rather than in the way we've learned here, through a lot of pain, sweat and tears.…

Well done you! I can't wait to get to that point!

Hello I'm Jenny. I'm just testing the signature first off...........

I'm the friend!! and even though she's on an opposing team (Go team Body Rock!) I'll still be rooting for her!! Go Vicky!! Good luck everyone!

I stuck to the plan like it was a new religon last week and I gained on my weigh-in (+1lb) :( I was out last night. Would being hungover make any difference I wonder? Also, due to the same hangover, I'm under my calories today and I'm not sure if I should be eating something 'just because' to make up the difference?

I don't know about where you are but over here (Ireland) a lot of the smaller independent sports shops have the equipment installed. One of my local ones has just a treadmill and a video camera so that they can watch your foot placement on a tv screen with you after and explain all about it. Good running stores would do…

You are only half the person you were before! I can't see the second pic properly but what I can see of it shows a great difference, well done!

If I were you I'd see the doctore to be sure. I used to get something like that. While it was manageable, it was uncomfortable. It turned out I had SVT. I've since had it fixed and no bother with it since then and working out actually feels good instead of uncomfortable now.

dieselbugparrot............ don't give up!

Agreed.

I don't own one either. It's the only way to stay sane! I weight in once a week at my sisters house, but I'm happier keeping an eye on the measurements.
