If you are going to use Aloe Vera you you make sure you use the least manufactured one possible. My sister sells the forever living brand. I use it. I was on meds for an ulcer but not anymore. I finished it a couple of weeks ago and I can't recommend it enough. I can run 5K in 31.55 now! What a buzz!! I wouldn't have been able to walk 5K before, let alone run it!

I just ignore the fruit sugars. As long as I'm under quota without them I'm happy enough. Fruit sugars are good. Don't reduce your fruit intake, that seems counter-intuitive

Hey Sis I'm with Stanvoodoo. Did you notice that on your food diary, you eat MORE food and snack less when you workout more? The higher your calorie burn the less 'bad' snacks you seem to be eating.
