I love the shred. If I were you, I would do it for the full 30 days and then decide. I didn't start out seeing a lot of change but by the end, it was there. I can't see what you are eating so it is hard to say. Salt could be the problem, in that case I would say drink more water and try to bring that number down.

I am not a single mother but my husband works out of town or gets home late during the week. I work out after I put the kids to bed. I come home from work and put my "workout" clothes on and shoes. I say push through it, if you can. Today will be day 9 level 1 for me, I can say I had days like that in the beginning but pushed on and felt better after. Just for some light at the end of the tunnel, if you will, I can now get through level 1 without feeling like I am about to die! haha I will be singing a different tune…

I agree, zumba and just dance 2. I do the just dance 2 for an hour and a half and then do the 30 day shred dvd. Great work out combo and it feels like I worked out for 30 min.!
