I just did the level one workout for the first time, but I can't find it in the database. How many calories did I burn roughly? What should I put?

I use 30 day shred too. I read somewhere on line to list it as circuit training. So that's what I put it under. Circuit training for 30 minutes...it's like 330 calories or so. Feels like much, much more. It's a tough work out......it is for me anyway.

    Good Luck!

I haven't found it in the data base either. I enter in circuit training, and the time. I enter in 30 minutes because I do a few extra exercises and call it good. It will calculate it out for you that way. It isn't exact, but I think it is probably pretty close. I really like that dvd, it has helped me tone in addition to the cardio I do. Way to go!!

A lot of people, me included, enter it as "circuit training." I enter as only a 20 minute workout, but I've seen others put it at 25 minutes. I figure the "actual" workout is only 18 minutes[(3+2+1) x 3], - and that the warm-up and cool-down is pretty quick. To each their own, though.

I'm also doing the 30 day shred Level 1. I put it under cardio and it comes up as 165 calories, so that's what I've been using. :o)

I had been putting it under circuit training until I got a HRM. My HRM has me burning almost 100 more calories!!
