A whole box of oreos...accompanied by a box of cereal with a half gallon of milk. Can't say I've made too many life changes, because I totally ate a whole box of cereal for dinner two nights ago. Doesn't mean I don't cringe at the thought still.

If you like apple pie, you'll really like this! Remove the peel from an apple and cut into small slices/pieces and put it in a small bowl or coffee cup Add 1 packet artificial sugar .5 - 1 tbsp water Several shakes of cinnamon Microwave for 1-2 minutes until apples are soft. SO GOOD.

I usually go once a week; sometimes a week and a half... I chug water, eat a ton of veggies, and work out. Some people are just like that. I am, at least.

Mine shipped today... Very interested in seeing if they work (in conjunction with exercise, of course!) Everywhere I read says users find their skin smoother---not necessarily less cellulite-y. We shall see though. I'm definitely taking measurements before and after two weeks.

I have NOT been doing so hot. This weekend has been very emotional for me--my cousin passed, so yesterday and today was the viewing and funeral. I would maybe eat 1300 calories in your regular food and let yourself have two cookies. I find when I'm around stuff I'm tempted to overindulge on, I try to eat them as slowly as possible and really focus on how good they taste.
