Also, since you are a daily weigher (I am too!), use the hacker's diet online to track daily. It will show you if you are trending downward, and then you don't have to be bummed by the daily fluctuations. You can make notes on there about your food intake, TOM, water retention from lifting weights, etc.…

If you want to eat your true tdee - 15%, then you should eat 1930 cals everyday. I looked at your diary over the last two weeks, and the average was 1700-1800 cals. I think you should be eating more. I would say to breastfeed as long as possible, and then switch over to whole milk when you're ready. I give my two kiddos raw milk, and they love it!

I upped my cals about 2 weeks ago. Last week I lost 1.4 lbs (after fluctuating 2-4 lbs above my previous weigh-in), and an inch from my waist and half an inch in both my arms and thighs. I am a mom of 2, and I agree about the Jillian Michaels videos. I finished 30 Day Shred and am on week 2 of Ripped in 30. The workouts are only 25-30 minutes long and are excellent!!! 30 Day Shred has 3 levels and Ripped in 30 has 4. These other ideas to workout with your kids sound great as well- fun!!
