My first thought was the spice girls look. BIG platform sneakers and piggy tails (I was 13...yeah). Then bell bottoms paired with any shirt that would show my mid drift. There was that one phase with the plaid mini skirts paired with knee high boots ....yeah...I looked like a street walker.

Frozen vegetables! They're healthy, pretty inexpensive and they last...no throwing anything out. I have 3 kids....so I totally get the whole budgeting thing. Frozen vegetables are my best friend.

When I was pregnant with my first I ended up weighing 30lbs less after having her then I did pre-pregnany. And during all that weight loss...my doc told me to eat two snickers a day......I considered switching OB's.

Go get fitted at a running store! My husband took me a few days ago and WOW..the difference. It was a bit pricey...but my feet and knees thank me for it.

If you're uncomfortable with an actual photographer call up a couple of your girls.....and have a day of it. I have a friend who did some in a jersey of her hubbys fav sports team. This. I have 3. I got extremely ill with all 3...the last 2 I was medicated so i could eat...and I ate very well...healthy choices and still gained a good amount. Focus on healthy options and enjoy a walk a few times a week. I like the idea of facing out when being weighed...i could never do it...but kudos to her.

I thank god multiple times a day! Prayer has been a strong staple in our endeavors to get healthy again. I have seen prayer do alot as well. I believe God meant for this life to be great and enjoyed....I intend to keep on doing that.

Oh..and pain tolerance....I have no clue. I guess moderate......I get cluster headaches and to me...there is no pain like that. Not even contractions!

Really active as a child...started gymnastics at age 3...cheered, danced, ran track until age 17.....weight problem started just the same...I never had to worry about food before.....OH and 3 pregnancies and 4 abdominal surgeries in 5 years.

I do know that until I started eating back my exercise calories the weight I was losing stopped coming back the next week. Now that i'm exercising AND eating the calories back that I should i'm steadily losing 1.8 lbs a week. Pay no mind to the ticker...that thing hasn't worked since I started MFP.
