If you workout at 5am.....
Do you eat or drink coffee before your workouts? Right now I just chug a bottle of water on the way to the gym but I've been getting really tired and slow to "warm up". I really don't think I could eat that early...but coffee?

Feeling REALLY discouraged...
So, when I first started out on this journey I was able to squeeze in a good workout every morning. I have had 4 abdominal surgeries in the past 5 years 3 c-sections 4/2006, 6/2007, 4/2010 and gallbladder removal surgery 1/2011. Feeling absolutely exhausted the past two days?
I dont know why...but I feel like I could sleep for a month! I usually get super amped after a workout..not the case the past two days. I had a hard time waking up this morning. Hi, I'm a 24 year old mother of 3..I want my body back :)
I can love the stretch marks on my tummy...and the bigger bust size...but i'm hating the extra 46 lbs i'm packing around. When I started losing weight I was at 191...now down to 172...doing the 30ds...So....i'm hoping to meet some motivators.... :)
