My tiny chihuahua is no workout buddy either..but i've felt under the weather today and she's been super loving! I'm always afraid i'll stomp her while working out..she weighs only 3 lbs.

I'm at home with 3...by myself..all.the.time. My hubby is a conductor(yeah, like on a train) and is on call 7 days a week. Try 30 day shred. It helps me get my workout in. Or try walks with the baby ....strolling a baby for a couple hours burns calories and will be fun for the baby too.

I think about what it really is. I mean....on a disturbing level....the calories..the grease..or the sugar. How long i'd have to workout to burn it off....and figure if it's all worth it.

It actaully is a good way to detox...as long as you realize coming off of the water fast may make you sick. If you chose to do it...and I dont recommend it...it takes at least 7 days o detox properly....and a day or two of juice and light foods after the fact. I would only attempt it if you are dead set on a lifestyle…

AWWW..I know how you feel. My husband held up a burger the other..and siad "You know you want a bite.." And all I saw was grease and mayo. Just couldnt even want it. Now...buttered toast...thats makes my mouth water.

love the human body ans studying it and its ailments. So nursing is what i'll be going to school for..BUT..I am addicted to sales! I always end up in sales positions and being offered jobs in sales. Ive sold advertising, insurance...mobile homes. Its just something I have a knack for and I get passionate about.

I hadn't thought of this...but yeah..I have been eating more carbs lately. I just found this gluten free brown rice bread and i've started having it with breakfast and sometimes on sandwiches for lunch. That could be the culprit. Before I wasn't eating any bread or pasta due to the gluten intolerance.

I'm a mother of 3 and I can HONESTLY say I would be embarrassed to offer someone that much money to live with me and care for my children. You are being taken advantage of. Just to send my 3 to day care for 6 hours a day is like 1800.00 a month.

I eat lots of garlic...and I really do smell it when I workout....especially on my palms...i've layed off it for the past few days becaus eit was starting to make me nauseaus

My doc told me to learn to love it...i've had 3 by c-section and been told its scar tissue. It will flatten a little...but there will always been that little something there.

I love dancing...especially with my kids..because they think im awesome. And rough housing with my husband...although he always wins...always. But i'm always the one who starts it :) All it takes is to be tickled and im out.

warm sweat and bacteria on the skin is the PERfECT breeding ground for breakouts. If you don't have witch hazel AND you dont suffer from dry skin...try a bit of peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide kills the bacteria that causes breakouts.
