Ice and ibuprofen are your best friends right now. I had them a few times in high school (I danced) and they stink,! I think it takes like 6 weeks for them to heal completely.

I am on day 6..and I feel like I have shine splints. I've been icing my knees and shins and going out for some ibuprofin today. I'm trying to just work through it.

Maillot swimsuit's! I honestly know where you're coming from. I too have stretch marks and although they're faded I know i'll never wear a bikini. No matter how toned I get. You're a smart girl...I can tell. You know it's something unhealthy...you've researched it. Make a conscious decision not to. Doing it one time doesn't make you annorexic. You knew immediately it was wrong...THATS why I have faith that this was just a ..mental bump..in your journey. Just keep eating right.....keep logging…

In all honesty...I was diagnosed with celiac diseas and then the same week had my gallbladder removed and it seemed like I dropped 30 lbs overnight. I am also newly diagnosed with celiac disease. I would say you are unknowingly consuming gluten. Check your lipstick....I know it sounds odd...but gluten can also be found in many cosmetics.
