Thanks! I am definitely going to find someone to help me through this journey!

Hmm, it's like watching a train wreck. Just can't look away lol.

Not true, I hated P90 because there wasn't enough variety. Loved P90X because of the variety in the workouts each day. As previous posters have said though, it takes time, and a commitment for 90 days, which was hard for me to do between work, school, motherhood, and being a wife. I'm going to try it again in the fall…

I've always been "big"...smallest I can remember being was 150 around the 7th grade. I was pretty active my freshman year of high school, but towards the end of that year I met my (now) husband, and running took the back burner. It got worse once I started working...the only jobs I had throughout high school were in fast…

What an *kitten*..I know it's hard, but be glad you don't have to put up with his BS anymore. Stay strong and work hard to show him exactly what he could have had if he'd treated you right!

Honestly my own self esteem issues were causing problems in my marriage, along with the knowledge that if my toddler was to run off towards a busy street or into the parking lot, I wouldn't be fast enough to catch him before he got hit. Same thing with water. We vacation at the beach and visit the lake and pool often, and…

I feel your pain! Although I only fell off once, as I was getting on to start my workout. Lucky for me there was only 2 other people in the gym, but neither seemed to care that I could have broken something lol. Got back on, and by the time I was done and back at home, I had a huge bruise on each leg :/

I won't request to be friends with someone I don't personally know, but when people send me requests I usually accept them. I don't really have a rhyme or reason for it, that's just how I am. I have noticed that I get way more requests from women than from men, which is fine with me. I think I have 1 male friend lol. I…

My weight loss reward will be a tattoo. Haven't decided what I want yet, but I have about 150 pounds to think about it :)

My hubby is kinda the opposite. He doesn't push me to lose the weight, but he pushes me to eat healthy and exercise. Sometimes it gets on my nerves because he knows I hate to exercise, and I really want to do this at my own pace. He thinks I should be looking at a goal date...like I should lose my 150 pounds in a year or…

Mine isn't. If it were only off by a few pounds, I'd say yeah, but mine is off by almost 15 pounds.

Love sports at our house, even if my hubby and I support very different teams. I'm a Texas fan all the way...Cowboys, Mavs, Rangers, & Longhorns. & yes, I know most don't like them. Sorry, I was born and raised :)

First of all let me say how happy I am that you got out of that awful relationship. My wake up call came in the same manner. My son is 2 and while we live on a quiet country cul-de-sac in NC, my dad lives on a very busy 4 lane highway in Texas. We aren't nearly as worried about our son back home, but we're staying with my…

22 years old. Feel free to add me :)

I've got about 140 to go. Feel free to add me! Always looking to help support others on their journey and looking for others to help me with mine!

My hubby has never come right out and called me fat or belittled me because of my weight. However, he does push me to to be healthier and exercise, especially since we had our son. Sometimes I take it the wrong way and it hurts my feelings, but he's right. I needed to change, and he's very supportive of it.

Tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to do it better!

What's helped me is knowing and coming to terms with the fact that it is going to take me a long time to get where I want to be. It helps a lot to have friends on MFP that log consistently and are commenting, messaging, etc...just being supportive. But with that being said, you have to return the favor AND be sure to log…

I'm 22, and have about 140 to lose. Feel free to add me!

22, and a proud mama and wife :)

I'm also a college student. I've been in school for 4 years, and I'll be starting the last two years for my degree this fall. My starting weight was 295, and I've lost six pounds so far.

Good for you! This journey is a hard on, and I've been on it for a long time with no success. I'm taking it very seriously this time around, and while I may not be losing the weight quickly, I am trying to make changes that I can sustain long after I've lost the weight. Feel free to add me :)

I have about 140 pounds or so to lose. I try to log every day, but sometimes between school, motherhood, and household duties I forget lol. Feel free to add me. I'm always looking for more friends to support and help motivate!

Eh, I've never had the sweetened almond milk, but I use the unsweetened in my cereal often. I hate the taste of it by itself, which is why I only use it in cereal since I can't really taste the difference.

I'm a mom of 1-a 2 year old boy! And at 22, not many of my friends are parents, so feel free to add me :)

I'm 22, and at 290 lbs. I've been using MFP on and off for about 6 months, but I've found that it is an awesome tool, and I've been doing better with using it. I'm trying to get to anywhere between 130-160...just wherever I feel like I'm happy with my lifestyle (since that's what it's ultimately about for me). Also a…

I'll join you, although I have much more to lose than that! I'm starting my 5th year of college this year as a student in the radiologic tech program--so only 2 more years to go, and I want to have lost all of my weight before graduation!
-
I know exactly how you feel! My hubby is in the military, so he's very fit and active. And all my friends are thin already. I have about 145 or so to lose, but I've found great support here. I'll add you, and you can feel free to send me a message whenever :)

My goal is 140, I just started too. Feel free to add me!
