I do swim and but have not started biking. However, you are making me think maybe if my fitness keeps developing I may want to pursue a Mini Triathalon. Look at that, thought I was getting pace information and now you've motivated me to challenge myself to a new activity. Thank you!!!

I love this, because it is SO true. What looks healthy and strong for one person will be totally different for another. Keep going until you feel proud of yourself, the same proud all of your friends at MFP are of you right now!

I agree with Barry on your numbness issue, Fleet Feet is awesome check them out your feet will thank you. I have found when my feet get heavy or feel like bricks that my electrolytes are low. I started eatting a small snack befor runs and drinking lots of water, sometimes gatorade on my longer runs. That seems to help keep…

That's almost exactly how I did it! First race was a 7k, then a 10k and now the half! The 10k we ran we headed out of town and made a party of it with 4 other couples, we left the kids with thte grandparents:) Keep running, enjoy the accomplishments and have as much fun as possible!! You'll be telling us about your half…
