Morning everyone! Well no change in weight. but i did really, really good this week. I watched my food (calories, fat, carbs, etc.) and kept everything really close to the goals. i actually upped my cal. intake to 1300, I was at 1240 and know that is really low, thinking that is why i haven't been losing. so we'll see next…

when i lived in colorado w/ my parents for a summer, my mom is a super healthy eater and she would always have alvocado in the house....in the mornings we liked a whole wheat bagel half with fat free cream cheese, then top it with sliced alvocado....sounds kinda weird, but it was really refreshing and yummy!!!! -laura
