  • Hi, I'm in the same boat. I've taken to making a chocolate protein shake in the morning with a half banana, 1 cup water and 1 cup almond milk. It's just rich enough to help stave off the munches. Getting up every hour or so and just stretching or doing a set of squats seems to help as well. Be strong, you can do this!
