If fitness pal doesn't work, try WW. I actually had more success with WW, the calorie counter is a bit off on this system. I agree that exercise is the most important aspect of weight loss, especially as we age. Continue to exercise with lower pace and longer time.

My first goal is to be at 135 and lower my BMI. I've lost 30 so far with Weight Watchers, and didn't like how slow WW goes and they really need to include calories from fruit. After I get to 135, I'm going to focus on losing more, but I want to set multiple goals so I don't become discouraged.
