  • For me, it's been about 5lbs-10lbs to go up a pant size. (and for a pear-shaped body like me, that's also a dress size) About 10-15 lbs to go up a shirt size. I'm 5'9" and have varied between 170-185 for the past 3 years.
  • LOL I know right? Some people don't really get it when we say we're over our limit.... it's a problem... but we're all trying to get better together! :)
  • I know, LOL, I felt a little bad wording it that way, but it is very noticeable as I moved from early to late 20s. I want to get fit now so that it doesn't get worse as I get older. Thanks for the advice!
  • It's so easy to do... and 300 is not even that much. I've been over by like 500 a few times... and then you still feel like you ate next to nothing! Just do as the others say and fit in some extra workout time sometime this week. Don't feel bad!
  • Thanks! I forgot about the "having muscles actually burns calories for you" thing - makes sense, and that's actually what I had been noticing - while certain areas are still somewhat slender... most the strong muscle mass is gone - will be working on that now!
