I drink way more than 8, I love tap water by itself straight out of the tap, actually prefer it over fridge or bottled water. A few months back I was really thirsty and just found myself to be drinking more water and dropped 2kg without even trying. So I've kept up with the water and everything is better.

I would love to do that especially after a massive day of netball, but I have no bath at this house. How did you do it?

Nothing wrong with not drinking much.. if you're happy not drinking, and don't want to, why should you? I only had two drinks tonight (one was really strong though so I sipped it over 3-4 hours) but other nights I go through two bottles of wine easy. Depends on how I'm feeling, where I am, who I'm with.. So many variables.…

Please don't take this in a bad way, just repeating what I've read very little on. Doesn't it take months for your skin to recover after large weightloss? I don't know your full story, so just my thoughts: wouldn't you want to see what your body can do for itself before you resort to surgery. Not trying to be offensive.

Agreed on that going from a 18 to a 14 is two sizes. I very very very rarely see an odd size, and they are usually jeans.

I listen to my body foremost, but I try to stay within a 1000-500 cal deficit from my maintain cals. I eat at least my BMR and try to fill my calories with nutrient rich foods.. note that I said TRY :tongue:

If you set your target to maintaining, you don't actually eat up to the target, it is just so you can see your deficit. Eat a minimum of your BMR and have a maximum deficit of 1000.

Yes and no. I never REALLY stick to my macros anyway (except sodium). If you are worried, you could change your goal to what you want to check your macros and then switch back. Just an idea.
