I've been using it for a week and LOVE IT. I've starHi there! I set up a workout group today and am looking for other MFPers who use it on xbox. If you'd like to join: username - mfp2012 password - mfp2012 Hope to see ya out there! I'm far more "into it" than I ever was a cardio DVD. I've hit the point where I'm not very…

the EA Sports Active 2 comes with a heart rate monitor and is VERY customizable. I like it better than a DVD because you can't cheat! If you get tired and feel like standing around, it knows you're not doing anything. It also can tell (to a certain extent) if your form is poor or you're not performing it properly.

i LOVE the EA Sports Active 2 - it comes with a heart rate monitor and has a whole selection of exercises and programs. That's what I've been using. I created a workout group if anyone has the game and is interested. both the group name and password is mfp2012 hope to see you out there!

I have lost about 60 lbs so far and have another 30 to go! Feel free to add me :)

I was SO guilty of this in the past. I "trick" myself by doing what you do - low calorie candies in my mouth during "lengthy" preparation... I deliberately pick something to keep me from popping the food I'm preparing in my mouth. I'm not going to nibble on cheese if I have a watermelon candy in my mouth! Also, if I do…

thanks everyone! You're alI so sweet. <3 I was 140 in high school and 240 at my heaviest. My husband and I actually eloped in NYC, the "reception" was an after-party a few months later where friends and family were invited. It's funny, everyone always jokes that they "let themselves go" after they got married -- my husband…

Welcome everyone! I've been with MFP since the summer, and can thank the site and iphone app for the weight I've lost! It really helps you recognize and understand why past attempts at losing weight haven't worked. When I started I was consuming 3000+ calories a day... yep, that'll explain where that 80 lbs came from! Now…

I honestly don't know if they're wild caught. I think you would have to look into the brand? I know when I buy off the shelf there are lots of different brands. I usually just stick with clover leaf because it has a lower sodium level. Sorry I can't be of more help!

All that together makes one (very hearty) serving, but I find that's all I need to last me from lunch until dinner! Let me know if you try it and like it!

You're doing awesome! I was talking to a lady at work the other day, she says she hates going through her wedding pictures because of how thin she was in them, it makes her feel bad about the way she looks right now. I'm the opposite. I was the biggest when I got married (a year of stress = a year of eating my feelings),…

(REAL) running shoes, Nike+ adapter, and Nike+ GPS for my ipod touch. Cost maybe $150 total. The shoes made such a difference because now I am wearing proper shoes, and running just FEELS better. Makes me want to do it more! Nike+ tracks my runs, pace, calories burned etc. the nike+ website keeps track of all my runs so I…

Good luck! I myself went from 140 lbs to 240 within 3.5 years. I'm 27. When I hit 175 I said "that's enough", but still did nothing. When I hit 200 I did the same thing. It wasn't until it fully sunk in that I put on ONE HUNDRED POUNDS that I really took things seriously. My one word of advice is that these things take…

From May to December of 2010 I lost 30 lbs but didn't go down a size (pants, shirt or dress). I knew I had done something VERY good, but I felt very down on myself because I was still in plus sized clothing and didn't really look or feel that different. In October 2010 I started running, and now I am up to 4 days a week of…

I hold all my weight in my stomach, and I get the same thing more often than I really would like (heck, even ONCE is more often than I would like). Eventually I was sick of hearing "when's the baby due?" and used that to motivate me to lose 30lbs from May 2010 to May 2011. Except now, the same "A-HOLE"s that asked when the…
