Yoga is AWESOME! I started by going to some basic yoga classes at a local studio. Once I learned the basics I tried several different types of yoga and my favorite is Vinyasa.

Well cool, clammy, and shaky are classic s/s of hypoglycemia. You did the right thing by having a small snack, however a protein snack will be converted to glucose much slower than a simple carb snack (orange juice, candy, regular soda etc). I know running shoes can be expensive. Once you have been professionally fit and find a shoe you love you can go online and buy the brand/model you love and save money by buying the model from the previous season. I've saved a ton by doing that.
