    Thanks for the recipe. I used it as a marinade on boneless, skinless chicken breast and then sliced it for salads. Delish!

    I was just going to ask if she marinaded chicken in it. Our grocery store has marinaded chicken breasts and it is soooo good! I tried doing my own (because it is pricey in the store) using a package fajita mix and it was not very good. So i am going to try this, it will probably be better!

    I usually cook up a pound of it and use for my lunches at work in salads, just on it's own or in a tortilla. I love it every way!
