I felt like that a little while ago .........Just rest and ease up a bit till your batteries recharge .....then forge ahead again .....thats what I did and its worked for me.....You can do this dont give up just recoup and then move forward again best of luck

Have you halved what you used to eat or your MFP intake if you drop your MFP calories by half then you would then be in starvation mode and you body will hang on to your weight.Without your diary though we cant really give any practical advice
