I am so with you on this one ......I feel its SO important to keep up all the activities as a habit not a chore and that way its just what you have to do everyday as part of your routine....I have been storing all the fat clothes but I will declutter and give them to charity because no way will I ever wear them…

I have stuck to my daily allowance and walked eveyday for at least 25 minutes.....and not always in one workout,most days I split it into a few quickies and I have lost a regular one pound every week since I stared and I am now very close to my second goal ....only six pounds to go :drinker: :flowerforyou:

Dry fry your eggs in a non stick pan .....you can use one cal spray if you do not trust the pan.....I spread it over the pan with kitchen towel(paper) so not much there really.
