  • I have been on maintenance for just over a year and initially people were constantly saying 'you don't need to lose anymore weight. Please dont lose anymore. Next stage was they thought I was still losing when I was weight stable. Now its really weird when I say I am weight watching to keep my weight stable people keep…

  • I am so with you on this one ......I feel its SO important to keep up all the activities as a habit not a chore and that way its just what you have to do everyday as part of your routine....I have been storing all the fat clothes but I will declutter and give them to charity because no way will I ever wear them…

  • I have never gained since I started ....I only weigh once a week ...which is the recommended time to weigh....weighing more often does not give a realistic reading as weight fluctuates daily ...you should weigh on the same day at the same time and with similar clothing (although I weigh in the buff :blushing: ) My weight…

  • I was in the same boat this time last year. Do not be in a hurry as long as you make progress each week you will see steady but sure rewards. My profile used to state " This time next year" now it says "my future is forward" and I am on my last 6 pounds before maintenance. Eat within your calorie allowance but not…

Unfortunately no matter how much weight we lose our bodies natural shape will remain....I have a small waist but I am in the pear-shaped class lol:wink:  So if you manage to lose a little more you will still have that larger waist....If you are…
