Stuck at goal?

Hi!

Most recently I completed my goal of losing 50 pounds. Yay! And then before that, I went under 200 lbs. Yay!

Now, I'm stuck. What's a good goal for this month?

    Well I would make it my Goal not to get frustrated by the lack of movement on those scales ....maybe tone up and measure for motivation ....the last part really is the hardest as it takes for ever to register on the scale so just keep thinking how great you are and how much better you look now you have come this far.Given time you will get there just maybe a little slower thats all....hang in there :flowerforyou:

    Well actually I'm not having troubles with the scale, yet.

    I guess I'm just wondering what's something to work towards this month. Although I think I figured it out: to follow Bob Harper's Skinny Rules and get down to 185. Hope those are good :)
