I think if this is a lifestyle change you should pick the best foods for your health but as we like to enjoy our food it also has to be foods you really enjoy,So make wise enjoyable choices then your pleasing both sides of your mindset and hopefully not do to much damage

a lot of good ideas from everyone ,what about turning on the radio for music you like and dance till you are exhausted that should be a good form of excercise and is as free as walking or jogging and if the weathers bad you are in your own home so your not affected

As we dont know what you like to eat my best advice I can think of is to clue yourself up on what is lower in calories in general.This does tend to be fibrous stuff like fruits and veggies so I agree with what was said by one of the posts,but generally the more knowledge you have about the foods you like the easier it is…
