I love my "Glorified pedometer" and has helped me lose my weight. I am competitive and love to compete with my RL friends and online fitbit friends. If you like to compete against others I would totally recommend it.

Type 2, I am off all my cholesterol, High blood pressure and diabetes medications now. It is really amazing what weight loss can do. I still have about 70 LBS to go, but still, but working on it. Just took a blood sugar this morning and it was 105.

I had Quaker Oats - Weight Control Instant Oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar, (higher in fiber and protein) with 2 grams of PB2 made with 1/3 cup 1% milk for a total of 204 calories. I didn't have the banana. :smile: :happy:

I think the first one is the better picture. Unfortunely your picture size is to big. They won't show up. If you quote my reply you can see how you are supposed to post with pictures though. I personally like 1 to 2 times a week. Weight changes to much day to day to track every day. I think it would really zap my motivation if I watched it fluctuate so much, but as with everything having to do with weight loss, it is a personal preference and your milage may vary.

It is fully waterproof. I wear it swimming all the time. I loved my force until the band started to separate from the display and because they recalled it they wouldn't replace it, but it wasn't waterproof. I really hope they come out with a better one next. Something that does HRM and is waterproof.

Actually you don't have to remember to turn it on to track sleep. You can go into the phone app and then tell it from what time you started sleeping and ended sleeping and it will show how well you slept. If you forgot when you went to be or woke up you can just put a time you know for sure you were up for sure then look…

Actually you can get the fitbit zip or fitbit one, both of which you wear like a pedometer and not a watch. As for the flex it is a very sturdy device and is not like a watch at all.

Amazon has it. In our local stores it was hard to find at first. Thought it would have been in the diet foods or organic section, but was actually in the bread aisle. I just bought it and have not tried it, so I can't give you a review, but everything I have read about it sounds good.
