This is awesome! I haven't turned heads in quite awhile, then the other day while walking through the parking lot at a local grocery store, 2 ooooglers both walked into each other while, well, oogling! LOL! Good thing they weren't driving cars! Good for you- what a feel good story!

In school I read that it takes at least 12 weeks for your body to even start making the visual changes we work so hard to acheive, but once you get there, it will be awesome- and stay that way as long as you continually challenge your body.
