Hi There
Just found this site and it looked interesting so why not give it a go.
I started my current diet on June 4th and weighed 216 pounds.
Like many others i have been on numerous calorie controlled diets and have fallen offf the wagon just as many times so I decided to try a low carb diet (LCD). I researched the books on Amazon and Dr Clarks low carb had the best reviews, I purchased the book and I can say without any doubt the book is amazing, a diet that does not need will power, great because I dont have any.
On June 4th i wanted to lose 14 pounds by the start of my holiday on the 31st July, so far I have lost 26 pounds and the great thing is that I am never hungry because although what you can eat is limited you can eat as much as you want of the "allowed" foods. I just regret that I was so sceptical of LC diets and never tried one before.
Now I need to beat my (very) lazy streak and get some exercise in
I am looking forward to reading about other peoples struggles and acheivments.
