I am 5'10 my start weight was 256 January 8th, 2012 I currently am at 243.5 my goal weight is to be 180-175 they say that I should be 150 but I personally don't want to be a stick.

1. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Skillet and Flyleaf 2. Take it one day at a time changing your life take time you didn't get this way over night so your not going to change over night, and set small goals and work you way up.

This is my story too, I am starting over and started last night by going to my first kickboxing class, and it was awesome.

Apple sauce, sliced peaches, cottage cheese, baby food, or you can put other food in a blender and eat it that way. It sux I know I had one break off and couldn't do anything about it until my insurance kicked. Good Luck to you.

NSV the other day, my boyfriend said that he can fit his arms around me better. :) It made my day!!!

Well today is the big day so I weighed myself and actually lost 2 lb since earlier this week mfp start weight was 257, my xmas challenge start weight is 244. I going to strive for 200 jumping jacks and to cut down on my carbs. I wish all of you the best of luck!!!!

I have a school type gym where I work and on my lunch hour I will walk for 20 min and then throw the basketball around and run after it.

I am slowly weening myself off of pop and junk food. Its hard somedays, but I keep going. :smile:

I love it, I do it on the wii and its awesome. for 20 minutes in the beginning class I burned 260+ calories. Just keep moving and shaking you hips. :) Good Luck to you!!!!

I do I figure that anything that has me up and moving is exercise. Especially when I mops floors or when I take my laundry over to the wash room.
