Height / weight / goal??

I'm 5' 7" and 174, my goal is to get down to 150. I'm wondering how everyone's weight goal is related to their height and current weight? Have you reached your goal? Pics are welcome!! I'm trying to find out what I would actually look like at 150. :-)

I am 5'7" and started at 175 :bigsmile:
I am currently almost at my goal of 145. Click on my profile pic and that is me at 147 pounds and size 8 (I am pear shaped, if that matters).0 -

and 5 lbs for every additional inch of height.
So, you being 5' 7, your 'ideal' weight should be: 135
I beleive this is for a medium frame person. I would think a good range for you would be 130-140 lbs.0 -
I'm also 5'7 looking to get to 140 (also toning up, so might wind up being 145, max)
Great site's been going around, mybodygallery.com, has pictures of women at ALL sizes, and you can search by height/weight/pant size etc. It's really awesome to see other women and know that you're just like them0 -
I'm 5ft9. My starting weight was 207, I am currently 185 and aim to be 149.0

I am also 5'7'. My goal weight is 135 pounds, I am 9 pounds away. Currently wearing XS-S shirts and 0-2 pants.0

Hi, I am 5'6" or 5'7" somewhere in that area. I started out at 149lbs and my goal is 125 lbs. I think I will probably be happy at 130 though. I carry my weight in my butt and thighs mostly.
The picture of me in my sports bra (one of my profile pics) is when I weighed 145.
I wear a size 10-13 pants, depending on the brand0 -
I see a bariatric Doctor. Yesterday I asked about a goal weight. They said at my age and height I should weigh 137 to 140. So I have 46 lbs. to go! Over half weigh there. I started at 237 and currently weigh 183. I'm 5'1"0

I'm 5'9".
My goal weight was 175 (consider where I came from) but I'm still losing - at 172 now. We'll see where I actually land, probably somewhere in the 160's. My "ideal weight" on the charts is about 155 or so but that's a little low for my frame.0 -

I beleive this is for a medium frame person. I would think a good range for you would be 130-140 lbs.
This is good, I am not sure I want to follow this method but I can't wait to see what I will look like at 5.5" 145, not sure if I want to be skinny, which I think 125 would make me look anorexic or sickly. I am willing to go to 140. But the fear is how to maintain that weight loss. I do think it depends on our bodies frame and shape, not all 5.7 people should be this small at least that is what I think at some point you have to look at what you want, as each pound is lost, I would not want to be eyes broken to where I can't see enough is enough.0 -

weight: 178 lbs (about 80 kg)
goal: somewhere between 155-165, depending on measurements mostly though (I'd like to be 39-29-40, currently 39-31-42)
additional detail: I have a large frame and a lot of muscle from rowing, so it's hard to judge my weight loss by the scale alone. I went up about 5 pounds because of heavy training last month, but had the same measurements.0 -

I'm 5' 7" and I'm 152 right now. My goal is to be muscular and around 135. I'm not 100% sure what my ultimate goal weight is, but I want to look strong, fit, and lean. Everyone is different. Do what is right for you. Best wishes on your journey!!0

Starting weight: 128 lb. (day after delivering my 3rd child)
Current weight: 113 lb.
Goal weight: It was 115 lb., but I kept going.
I'm not really trying to lose any more weight. I'm now focusing on lifting heavy weights and getting a KILLER body! :happy:0 -

5'11, I started out at 354, currently at 333, my goal weight is 210. I know that is more than what they say my ideal weight should be, but in my life that is the weight where physically I have felt my best and my strongest.0
