This website allows you to type in height and weight along with 'body type'....and real women have submitted pictures of themselves and noted their weight/height. Some of their faces are blocked out though...but I think in GENERAL it *can give you some idea of what you'd look like at certain weights. Close enough at least, better than imagining it in your own head. =D0 -
I'm 5' 6 and am at 151. My GW is 135-140. Ideally 135. However, I'd also be happy if I could comfortably fit into size 6 clothing (8-10 at the moment). I just recently reduced my goal from 1 lb to 1/2 lb a week as I found it hard to keep up with the 1200 calorie diet that was suggested by the program. I have successfully lost about 10 pounds (5 since i joined), but it comes off painfully slow, partly due to being 39 years old I imagine.0

I am 6'3 and the calculation would put me at about 175. That would be on the edge of me looking annorexic
Is that calculation for girls only? Not sure if I agree. But then again, girls generally look better than guys at their "ideal" weight.0 -

My goal weight was 175 (consider where I came from) but I'm still losing - at 172 now. We'll see where I actually land, probably somewhere in the 160's. My "ideal weight" on the charts is about 155 or so but that's a little low for my frame.
I am also 5'9", goal weight is 175 but my wls PA thinks that might be too low for me, we will have to see. Im currently at 215, started at 249.0 -
I'm 5' 7" and 174, my goal is to get down to 150. I'm wondering how everyone's weight goal is related to their height and current weight? Have you reached your goal? Pics are welcome!! I'm trying to find out what I would actually look like at 150. :-)
I'm 5'9 1/4" and currently weigh 153. My goal is to get down to 140-145. Good luck :happy:

I'm 5'4, started at 160 lbs. Now I'm around 135, looking much better than I did, but shooting for 105-115 lbs. That's the lower healthy range for my height, and I think it's okay for me to shoot for it because I have a tiny build and still look quite pudgy at 135.0

I am 5"7 and my starting weight was 139lbs, I would love to get down to 119lbs but that is a huge goal.
In 5 weeks I've only lost 3lbs...but according to my sisters, they couldn't shift weight when they were my age too! Rawr.
If I got down to 126lbs in the next few months I'd be over the moon!0 -

That goal weight is just a guideline. Most recently I was at 160 but not working out, so no tone. I want to be and look healthy. I'm probably going to quit worrying about the scale in the low 160's and just work on resistance training.0 -

I'm 5'7" and even though 135 was a looooong time ago, it's the weight I felt I was really me. I was strong but not stick thin.
I have a larger frame for a woman, (even before gaining weight). The main reason I want to get down to that weight is for health and fitness, but also personal pride. I'm holding myself back. I want to be at a weight where I don't think about my weight. (I don't mind tracking my food even while maintaining, just tired of constantly worrying about being overweight, how I look, am I embarrassing my kdis, etc).0 -

Yep I'm 6'3'' too, and my target is 210lbs. At this weight I'd be around 10% bodyfat (if I maintained my current LBM, which is easier said than done) so I'd have the first signs of a six pack showing through.
175lbs would make me look like a rake.
Weird that we seem to be the only people in this entire thread over 6feet....0 -
I'm 5'9.
My starting weight was 162 and over 30% body fat.
My current weight is 148.
My current body fat is at 28%
My goal weight is currently 140 and around 26% body fat.
I may re-evaluate when I reach my goal and try for 135.
135 is the smallest I've ever been in my adult life.
Are there any other tall girls out there trying to lose around 20lbs?0 -

I am 5'7 1/2 and 38 years old. My SW 264.8. My CW 262. My Goal Weight is: 165. That might seem a bit high by some people's standard, but I want to go by the lowest weight after high school that I was able to maintain.0

I feel a bit funny posting this because everyone on here who is my height seems to want to be 100 pounds, but I'm 5 foot tall and am aiming to get to 129 pounds. I know everyone will say that's really heavy for my height but I know my body and I think that's a realistic weight for me to get to and then maintain (hopefully!) To be honest, I've decided now to focus more on my body fat % then my weight. I just want to be fitter and healthier and be able to get into my nice size 12 clothes.0

I've got a friend who is 4'9" or 4'10." Her "happy" weight is 105-110. At that weight, sometimes the size 0s are a little baggy. When she gets less than that (i.e. under 100) she works hard to gain back. I know that is a couple inches shorter than you, but 129 sounds downright reasonable to me. I think everyone one who is my height wants to get down to 125 (and I am 5'4ish) and my goal is in the 160s.0 -

So, you being 5' 7, your 'ideal' weight should be: 135
I beleive this is for a medium frame person. I would think a good range for you would be 130-140 lbs.
According to this theory I should be 115-120 lbs at 5ft 3 and half?? .. there's no way I'm gonna get that far down without looking seriously ill!! .. with my boobs, tummy and hips I'll be lucky to make it to 133lbs which is what I was told (by a doctor) was right in the middle of healthy range for my height!0 -

Starting weight was 157 lbs.
My current weight is fluctuating around 135-138 lbs.
My goal was set to 130 lbs, but I don't think I need to go down that far.
We'll see, because now I'm not as worried about the scale. I'm just trying to get that "toned" look that I have in my head.0 -
