Height / weight / goal??

I'm 5' 7" and I'm 152 right now. My goal is to be muscular and around 135. I'm not 100% sure what my ultimate goal weight is, but I want to look strong, fit, and lean. Everyone is different. Do what is right for you. Best wishes on your journey!!0

I'm 5'7 and 155 lbs.... eventually I'd like to be around 1350

I'm 5'6".
Starting weight: 128 lb. (day after delivering my 3rd child)
Current weight: 113 lb.
Goal weight: It was 115 lb., but I kept going.
I'm not really trying to lose any more weight. I'm now focusing on lifting heavy weights and getting a KILLER body! :happy:0 -

and 5 lbs for every additional inch of height.
So, you being 5' 7, your 'ideal' weight should be: 135
I beleive this is for a medium frame person. I would think a good range for you would be 130-140 lbs.0 -
5'11, I started out at 354, currently at 333, my goal weight is 210. I know that is more than what they say my ideal weight should be, but in my life that is the weight where physically I have felt my best and my strongest.0

I am 5'10 my start weight was 256 January 8th, 2012 I currently am at 243.5 my goal weight is to be 180-175 they say that I should be 150 but I personally don't want to be a stick.0

I'm 5'10" and at my heaviest I was 294. My goal weight was 180...
I got there and was happy but kept shedding more weight, so then when I reached 174 (which is the top of a "normal" BMI for my height even though I had a healthy body fat % at 195, so that's just silly) I set that as my goal.
I'm around 167 now and don't want to get any lighter, but I do want to keep building muscle.
I currently have 23% body fat, which is great, and I'm fine with it, but I know it will go down more as I continue to gain muscle.
I guess my goal was - and always will be - to be healthy.0 -

I know 110 might seem low to some people, but I have a small frame and I feel my best at 110, It's only been about 18 months since I was actually at that weight, so hopefully I can get back there.0 -

I have heard of this, too...with a +or- 5 lbs...so I am 5'6" and strive to be between 125-135....I do like to stay around the 132lbs mark,though, with muscle0 -
