I am 5'2, my high school weight was 102lbs, I am currently 165lbs (highest weight was 175lbs). I dont plan on going back down to 102lbs, my goal is around 125lbs.

I finished 30DS last month, and although the scale didn't move, I lost 6 inches overall. Jillian said on one of her podcasts to concentrate more on your measurements rather than the scale.

I did the 30 Day Shred from 2/15-3/23 I lost 6 inches overall, no pounds lost. I am glad I read this. I finished Level 2 on Friday, redid my measurements, redid photos, etc. I looked bloated and looked bigger than I did on Day 1! My measurements in my waist and chest went up by an inch, I was very discouraged. I didn't even think it could be water retention.

You look great! My starting weight is the same as yours was (I am 5'3). A few years ago, I went from 166lbs to 138lbs (took me 9 months), and although people commented about me shrinking, I mostly noticed it in my face. Your going to be your worst critic, but I think you look great! Keep it up!

You definitely look A LOT more slimmer in your after pictures. I know how frustrating it is though, a few years ago, I lost 30lbs in a nine month period, and other than my face slimming down, I didnt notice it anywhere else either. We are always hardest on ourselves, keep up the good work!

I am on Day 6 of Level 1, and I log it under General Circuit Training for 20 mins, which normally says 211 calories are burned. My weigh in/measurement day isn't until Saturday, so I cant tell you any results yet.
