Anything for relaxation works for me. Green tea (or chamommille) also works good too. Have any hobbies, such as crafts like embroidery or knitting? If so, try working on them for about an hour or so before bed. Something on your mind? Maybe its time to call a good friend and "catch up." Hope this helps! :)

Don't weigh yourself everyday. I used to do it everyday and just got discouraged. Instead, try doing it once a week. Do it in the a.m. after using the toilet, and do it at the same time every week. Hope this helps!

Tried the first recipe listed and loved it!!!! I didn't have any nuts or mini chocolate chips, so I omitted them. Brought some leftovers to work with me one night and my coworkers were raving over it!!

I've been taking Zyrtec now for about eleven years. Not only have I gained weight while taking it, but I've also lost weight too. My doctors don't seem to be too concerned that the weight gain that I did have was caused by the Zyrtec so much as it was my food and lifestyle choices back then. Hope this helps. :)

What kind a apple is a Jazz apple? I used to work in an apple orchard and have never heard of it. Is is a sweet or tart apple? Can it be used in baking or is it better for eating?
