Nice job.....but be careful....video game addiction is serious too...can keep you from being active....my ex used to play like 8-10 hours a day....he started doing nothing else, so I booted his *kitten*! lol.....Find a good balance!

Put on some good tunes (I recommend Limp Bizkit "Break Stuff" for these types of days to start the party off) and go take it out on the elliptical or treadmill :)

I started with 5 lbs.....give yourself enough of a challenge.....should be able to feel the "burn" but not get muscle fatigue too quickly :)

Hypoglycemia or muscle tension?....I know that I always get headaches after doing strength training....I have some severely screwed up pectoral/deltoid/and SCMS bilaterally leading to some killer tension headaches. An okay week this week with only 1 lb. lost. Down to 208. Not able to do a lot of exercising but really tried to keep the eating under control. It's still a loss so I'll take it!

Water! Water helps provide elasticity to your skin. Weight training....start or increase strength training to build more muscle! More muscle will help the skin become taut again too (as you are beefing up what's underneath you skin!) Good luck!
