Saree....I've been working on my helath (in earnes since Jan. 21). I did not start the exercise portion until about 3 weeks later. I don't always feel hungry after exercising, but I've been thinking I do need to either increase my overall calories for the day, or eat back most of my exercise calories.

Thanks katedevall. The sodium is high on my list of things to work on. But with all the water I drink, I'd have to think I'd be able to flush more out? But with the muscle recovery from strength training, maybe I am retaining more?!

Well I have to think putting fake chemicals in your body and caffeine can't be that great of an idea. I gave up caffeine more because I'm having some fairly negative side effects related to breast pain (sorry boys TMI). I figured it was just better to cut it out altogether because of this. Chances are he's depressed and unhappy about the situation he's in now. Guys handle it in different ways. However, like most of us know on here, when you repeat bad behaviors, they become habit. This WILL be a permanent thing-and I wouldn't stick around to watch it. You deserve better than that.
